At MotherBees, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your style journey remains effortless and satisfying.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
